Partnering with Louise Marshall Hospital staff to provide excellence in healthcare to 15,000+ residents in Mount Forest and area.
The Mount Forest Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation is a CRA-accredited charitable organization of volunteers and staff committed to raise funds for an appropriate facility, equipment and research opportunities at the hospital.
Directors of the Foundation Board - all volunteers - work closely with Foundation staff, residents, businesses and community groups in Mount Forest and area in mutual commitment to quality health care. Bringing life skills and expertise to the Foundation, their generosity of time and financial support leads the community in its giving efforts.

History
In 1989, Louise Marshall Hospital CEO Terrance Stoughton with Dr Dorothy Hall and Paul Grant recognized the value of establishing a foundation with the primary purpose of assisting the hospital attain its needs for equipment, capital projects and research funding. The Foundation was incorporated on March 13, 1990.
Since 2002, the Foundation’s efforts have yielded over $3.3 million to fund new and replacement equipment – only possible because of donors like you!

Mission
Meeting the continuing financial challenges for quality health care is the primary goal of The Mount Forest Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation. We are a charitable organization; a group of volunteers who are committed to developing, managing and distributing gifts to assist our Hospital in providing excellence in health care for the local community.
Vision
Working with healthcare professionals and the community at large to retain our local hospital in order to meet rural healthcare needs.
Values
We value the support and generosity of our donors and hospital family in helping to make Louise Marshall Hospital a centre of excellence in rural health.
